I endeavored to elevate special and mundane events and tasks in order to better the overall experience for clients and team members.

Result
To show appreciation to clients for their confidence and commitment, we hosted an epicurean event that featured rare and unique wild game and limited-distribution bourbons and liqueurs that colleagues yearned to try, but would unlikely order on their own.
​
I launched a new competition for "Best Disruptor Strategy" for our business line leaders and named the winner at the annual Midwest Transaction Awards event. All groups participated and lobbied heartily for the coveted award.
​
To motivate participation at Epic quarterly partner's meetings, I featured a tasting of extreme and exquisite foods and drinks. Partners experienced the famed Opus 1 red meritage, Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Godiva's finest creations and Beluga caviar and other rarities.
